Maker Board

Terms of Use

Effective September 25, 2026

These Terms of Use govern your use of Maker Board. Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement also applies unless Apple provides otherwise.

Using Maker Board

Maker Board lets you create personal visual sets from photos and videos in your library. You are responsible for the content you select, organize, and share using the app, including making sure you have the rights and permissions to use it.

Free Boards and Unlimited Boards

You can keep up to three Boards without purchasing an unlock. Creating additional Boards requires the optional Unlimited Boards one-time In-App Purchase. It is not a subscription. The price is shown by the App Store before you confirm. Apple processes payment and handles refund requests under its applicable terms.

Existing Boards remain available without an active unlock. Restore Purchases recovers eligible paid access using the Apple Account used for the purchase; it does not recover Board content. Boards are stored locally, and Maker Board does not provide its own backup or syncing service.

Your content

Your photos, videos, Board titles, and descriptions remain yours. Maker Board does not claim ownership of your content.

Availability

Maker Board is provided as available. We may update, change, or discontinue parts of the app as it develops.

Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Maker Board is provided without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for content you choose to share through another app or service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when Maker Board changes. The effective date at the top will show when they were last revised.
